If you are missing going to the theatre or are usually unable to get there, you might like this.
The National Theatre has a new venture: National Theatre At Home.
Last night I enjoyed One Man, Two Guvnors. If you missed it, don't worry. There are still six more days to enjoy this show.
You can find it on YouTube. It's free and I did not need to subscribe or register.
Each newly available production will be premiered on the National Theatre's YouTube channel at 7pm, and will then will be available on demand for a week afterwards.
On April 9th, it’s the revival of Jane Eyre that was co-produced by the Bristol Old Vic,
April 16th sees the arrival of Bryony Lavery’s adaptation of Treasure Island,
on April 23rd it's the National Theatre’s recent production of Twelfth Night – which stars Tamsin Greig, amongst others.
They’re also hinting at more to come, which is very exciting for those of us who love theatre.
Try it, and then please post here to let us all know what you think and which of the shows you enjoyed.
